Hi Jaime, in my current company, we have goals on our Quality platform. Guess what ? Nobody cares about them but the Software Quality Manager. It helps me to identify and to perform premptive help to the team and developers.

But most developers (at the exception of our best techleads) are ignoring these goals.

I think that this behaviour is the same why Goals were not working on Codacy.

a) Most developers in my company still don’t know what is a metric and how useful it can be

b) Most of them are over-busy and don’t take time to improve themselves unless you are encouraging them.

c) The consequence is that the tool becomes an expert tool and you are considered as the witch of the village :)
